Sidekicks were added to ‘Fortnite’ during the Chapter 6: Mini Season 2 update, and the playerbase is loving this new feature. A pet-like companion following you across the map like a buddy, hopping & jumping, is so adorable. From Mothman Jr. to Peels, ‘Fortnite’ currently has many Sidekick varieties. And now this cute fur-ball is coming to the game.
Stitch Is Coming to ‘Fortnite’ As A Sidekick
Recently, popular & reliable dataminer ShiinaBR revealed on X that the famous Disney character, Stitch, will be coming to ‘Fortnite’ in the new Disney X Epic Games collab. The leak also suggests that Stitch would be a Sidekick.

Furthermore, since Sidekicks has customizations & different styles available, it’s highly likely that players would be able to change Stitch’s appearance. There is loads of content that ‘Fortnite’ can use and make the adorable little guy more adorable.
Although players have voiced their concerns about why Stitch is coming as a Sidekick instead of a skin. Epic Games introduced ‘South Park‘ skins by making them into Mech Suits. However, considering the mechanics of the Sidekick feature and Stitch’s character, having him as Sidekick works well.
