The Parlor inside Rhodes Hill Care Center hides one of ‘Resident Evil Requiem’s‘ most cleverly disguised puzzles. A roulette table sits in the middle of the room, and while it looks like just another piece of set dressing, it actually holds a secret Antique Coin for players who figure out the trick.
Capcom is known for hiding optional puzzles throughout the ‘Resident Evil‘ franchise, and this one is no exception. The roulette table gives no direct instructions, so most players spin the wheel a few times and walk away. However, with the right approach and a single bullet, you can walk out of the Parlor with an extra reward.
Where To Find The Roulette Table?

The roulette table is located inside the Parlor in the West Wing of Rhodes Hill Care Center. You will need the West Wing Keycard to access this area. The Parlor itself is one of the more decorated rooms in the facility, featuring the Antique Coin vendor, where you can trade coins for permanent upgrades.

You will encounter this room naturally while exploring the West Wing during the main story. The table is interactable from the moment you enter, so you can attempt this puzzle as soon as you arrive.
How To Solve The Roulette Table Puzzle ‘Resident Evil Requiem’?

The key detail most players miss is that the wheel is not random. No matter how many times you spin it, the ball will only ever land on three numbers—7 (Red), 15 (Black), or 29 (Black). This is your first and biggest clue that the puzzle is pattern-driven, not luck-based.
To solve it, pull out your weapon and shoot one of those three numbers directly on the betting table. After firing, interact with the wheel and give it a spin. If the ball lands on the number you shot, you will hear a distinct winning audio cue. An Antique Coin will then appear on the table for you to collect.
If the ball does not land on your number, you lose that bullet. To avoid wasting ammo, save your game at a nearby typewriter before attempting the puzzle. If you fail, simply reload your save and try again until the numbers match.
Rewards For The Roulette Table Puzzle

The reward is one Antique Coin. While that may sound small, every coin matters in ‘Resident Evil Requiem.‘ The Parlor vendor offers four items in exchange for Antique Coins: two Steroid Injections, an inventory expansion, and an upgrade for the Blood Collector.
This puzzle can only be completed once per playthrough. After you collect the coin, the table stops responding to further shots or spins. It will not reward a second coin under any circumstances.

Some players have speculated that the three numbers—7, 15, and 29 — might connect to the game’s larger mystery known as The Final Puzzle. However, the community has since confirmed that the roulette table is its own standalone Easter egg with no ties to that broader challenge.
