Leaked Fortnite X Toy Story Collab Will Reportedly Bring Buzz Lightyear, Woody, And Zurg Skins To The Game

Disney and Epic have been working together on ‘Fortnite’ collabs for a while now. Marvel characters have been rotating through the item shop for years, and ‘Star Wars‘ skins keep showing up every few months. Disney even used ‘Fortnite’ to promote Hoppers recently, which says a lot about where they see the game going. And now ‘Toy Story‘ is apparently joining that list with ‘Toy Story 5‘ set to hit theaters in June 2026.

According to leaked information, the crossover will feature Buzz Lightyear and Woody skins, plus an outfit for Zurg, the archnemesis of Buzz Lightyear who appeared in ‘Toy Story 2.‘ On top of those, there is supposed to be a Pizza Planet truck that works as a Glider and some kind of Sidekick character that has not been identified yet. Rex and Ham are the obvious guesses, but Mr. Potato Head is in the conversation, too.

The Crossover Could Show Up Early In Chapter 7, Season 2

The prominent dataminer, SamLeaks, claimed that the ‘Toy Story‘ content is planned for early in Chapter 7, Season 2, but did not lock in a specific date. That season’s update drops on March 19, so based on how past collabs have rolled out, the skins will probably hit the store within the first week or two after that.

Additionally, these will not be Battle Pass skins. Players are going to have to pick them up from the item shop with V-Bucks, which just got a price bump recently. So whatever these skins end up costing, it is going to be more than what players were paying for V-Bucks a few months back. No pricing info is out yet, but Buzz and Woody are obviously going to be the two that sell the most.

Epic Has Not Said Anything About This Officially But The ‘Toy Story 5’ Timing In June Lines Up Perfectly

Toy Story 5 drops in June, and Disney has been using ‘Fortnite’ more and more to get eyes on upcoming movies. A Buzz and Woody collab showing up a few weeks before the film comes out makes too much sense for it not to happen. Buzz, Woody, Zurg, and a Pizza Planet Glider are what the leak is pointing to.

As of now, none of this has been confirmed by Epic. Everything people know is coming from datamines. However, SamLeakss has been right about ‘Fortnite’ content drops before, and most people in the community are already treating this as a done deal.
