In ‘Hogwarts Legacy,‘ a lot of magical creatures can be caught, tamed, and bred. The magical creatures that you catch can not only be adorable and a fun way to enhance your collection, but they can also provide you with useful items/materials that you can use to upgrade your gear in the Room of Requirement.

Once you reach a certain number of creatures in your vivarium or you need more money, selling beasts is an effective way to get rid of extra beads of gold. Fortunately, there is a way for you to sell your creatures within the game, but it will only be available in one location.

Where To Sell Beasts In ‘Hogwarts Legacy’?

There is no beast marketplace except Brood and Peck. It’s a special beast shop in the Hogsmeade Village where players can sell beasts. After finishing the main quest titled The Elf, the Nab-sack, and the Loom, you’ll gain access to capture magical creatures with the nab-sack.

As soon as you complete the above quest, you will then be able to sell any creature you’ve collected from the wild or created within your Room of Requirement at Brood and Peck.

To sell a beast at Brood and Peck, you simply go to the shopkeeper, choose which ones you’d like to sell from your inventory, and immediately get your gold. This makes it an ideal method for clearing out items in your vivariums while also providing you with additional Galleons to purchase upgrades, potions or crafting materials.

How Much Are Beasts Worth?

When you go to Brood and Peck to sell a beast, the value for each is 120 Gold Galleons. This amount is a standard across all beasts sold there, regardless of how common or rare they may be. Even the shiny beasts do not command a higher price than the rest.

Selling Beasts can be very helpful if you have captured a lot of them from beast dens or if your vivariums are completely full. Because there are so many magical creatures in the game world of ‘Hogwarts Legacy, ‘it’s easy to establish a reliable way of making Gold Galleons by selling the beasts you no longer wish to keep or do not need.

You cannot buy beasts from Brood and Peck. The only thing that Brood and Peck purchase is beasts, while the only thing that can be purchased from Brood and Peck is beast-related materials to help upgrade the player’s gear. Below is a list of beast-related materials available to purchase from Brood and Peck that may speed up the player’s upgrading process:
