Battle Bus Parts are found throughout the island in containers, standard Battle Bus locations, as part of the overall challenge. Many different container types can be used to obtain Battle Bus Parts, and all have a comparable drop rate when opened.

You may be able to locate Battle Bus Parts by opening:

  • Standard chests
  • Rare chests
  • Ammo boxes
  • Produce Boxes
  • Supply Drops

All of these types of containers are available in numerous locations on the map, meaning you do not have to limit your search to only one named area or location. By searching areas with the densest concentration of loot, you will find more container options available to you.

Areas with a lot of buildings (like Battlewood Boulevard and Sandy Strip) are good places for quick searches, as they contain many chests and smaller containers within their boundaries. Also, restaurants, small shops, and roadside markets are good locations that provide an opportunity to obtain Produce Boxes, which many players do not open, even though every Produce Box contains the same odds of supplying a Battle Bus Part.

How To Find Custom Battle Bus Pieces?

Players can get the Custom Battle Bus pieces by destroying dumpsters. You only need three Custom Battle Bus pieces in total, and the specific types of dumpsters are the same types of dumpsters you can use to hide from other players. The specific dumpster you need to destroy will have a large icon on top of it once you reach the right location.

The four locations you will find Custom Battle Bus pieces are:

  • Ripped Tides
  • Battlewood Boulevard
  • Sandy Strip
  • Paint Palms

You do not have to loot all four of the locations listed above; you can complete your quest with any three Customized Battle Bus pieces from the locations. The location that has the most of the dumpsters is Rippled Tides.

Here, you can also get information from Dummy about an additional quest after you destroy the dumpster that had the Custom Battle Bus piece. You can only destroy each dumpster once each match, so if another player destroys one before you do, you will have to go to a different location to find a different dumpster.

If you look in the “Pump N’ Run” gas stations, you will find the Battle Bus wheels. There are a total of four Pump N’ Run gas stations on the ‘Fortnite’ island. Each station has one wheel. If you only visit one Pump N’ Run at least once, you can only count that one toward your overall goal of four wheels.

  • Pump N’ Run #1 is located on the eastern side of “Ripped Tides” about halfway between “Battlewood Boulevard” and the “Bumpy Port” area of the map, which is the northernmost station.
  • Pump N’ Run #2 is located east of “Bumpy Bay,” near “Innoloop Labs.”
  • Pump N’ Run #3 is located south of the “Sandy Strip.”
  • Pump N’ Run #4 is located east of “Wonkeeland.”

Once you collect a wheel, it will still count, so you don’t have to rush to get all four in the same game. You can even combine your routes to visit multiple Pump N’ Run stations while you work on your custom building pieces. If you can make a good rotation, you can get to all four stations in one match, but you can find it easier to split the pickups over a few games, especially if there are fights early in the game in those areas.
