‘Crimson Desert‘ is full of hidden mysteries and puzzles, which often lead to valuable prizes. One such mystery is of the eight bells. While exploring the vast map, players may find a puzzle with eight bells with symbols on them in the southeastern part of the Hernand region.
Players will also find a notice board with strange symbols on it, similar to those on the bells. To complete the puzzle, players have to ring the bells in a specific order, after figuring out the order from the symbols on the board. While most of the ‘Crimson Desert‘ missions test a player’s skills, this mission will test their intellect.
How To Solve The Bells Puzzle In The Steel Mountains Ruins In ‘Crimson Desert’?
To find the location of the bells, players must get to the Spire of Insight, located Southeast of Hernand City. Upon reaching the location, they have to look for two things: a notice board and a rack with 8 bells on it.
Players will find strange symbols on the notice board, and similar types of signals are printed on the bells. The key to the entire puzzle is the symbols on the bells and the board. Players need to analyse the symbols on the notice board and find out the correct order to ring the bells to complete the puzzle.

The bells are arranged in rows of four with one row on top and one below. If players consider the first bell on the extreme left of the top row as number 1 and the first bell on the extreme right of the bottom row as number 8, then the correct order of ringing the bells is 1,2,3,4,5,6,4,3,2,1.
How To Ring the Bells In The Bells Puzzle?
Several players find it difficult to ring the bells on the rack. To ring the bells, they must look for a mallet in the surrounding areas. After getting the mallet, players must precisely aim at the bells and ring them in the given order. If the mallet doesn’t work, players can simply aim at the bells with their bows and shoot arrows to make them ring.

Upon ringing the bell, players will find a secret chamber beside the rack of bells and find an Abyss Cresset within it. After interacting with the Cresset, players will get an Abyss Artifact, which can be later used to produce valuable equipment.
