He can be unlocked after players complete the A Rumor at the Inksworth Bindery quest. Players can make several changes to their appearance in the barber shop, such as changing the style of their hair, beard, and even eyebrows.

Players must not mistake Eric for just a mere hairdresser, as the man is also a tattoo artist, who can ink up your character and give them a battle-worthy look. However, reaching the barber is not an easy task, as it involves completing one of the most complicated quests in the game.
What More Changes Can Be Made To A Character’s Appearance?
Changing the styles of your character’s facial hair is not the only change that can be made in ‘Crimson Desert.’ Players can also make a number of other changes to their characters. Players can change the color of their hair, eyebrows, and beard by visiting a Dyehouse in the game. Upon reaching higher levels, the appearance of armour, weapons, and horses can be changed.

But there are certain things which are constant and cannot be changed, such as body type, face shape, and eye colour.
