ARC Synthetic Resin is one of the rarer materials in ‘ARC Raiders‘ and one that most players have probably sold or recycled without thinking twice. It had almost no use before the Headwinds update, but now it is a key requirement for the Trophy Display project.
Stage four of the Trophy Display requires 10 units of ARC Synthetic Resin to complete. Completing it unlocks the Bobcat IV vehicle upgrade, making it well worth the effort. The problem is that this material has no fixed spawn location and can only be obtained from ARC-related sources.
Destroy ARC Machines To Get Synthetic Resin

The only reliable way to get ARC Synthetic Resin is by destroying ARC enemies and looting their remains. Not every machine drops it, though, and the chances vary depending on the enemy type.
Smaller machines like Wasps, Hornets, Snitches, Spotters, and Turrets are the easiest to take down. They spawn in large numbers across most maps, making them decent targets for volume farming. The drop rate from these enemies is low, but checking every corpse adds up over time.

The real gains come from bigger threats. Shredders, Leapers, Sentinels, Matriarchs, and Queens drop resin far more often and sometimes in multiples. Queens and Matriarchs are the most consistent but also the most dangerous. Shredders offer a good middle ground since they are tough but manageable, especially with Snap Blast grenades or Light Impact Grenades aimed at their thrusters.
Best Locations And Alternative Sources For ARC Synthetic Resin

There are also some alternate ways to farm ARC Synthetic Resin, without players having to fight every ARC machine they see. Baron Husks and Deforester Husks are dormant first-wave ARC machines scattered across several maps. Climb on top, breach the husk, and dodge away when flames erupt. Once it cools down, loot the container for a strong chance at ARC Synthetic Resin with zero combat risk.
Baron Husks can be found on Dam Battlegrounds, Blue Gate, and Spaceport. ARC Couriers and ARC Probes are also lootable sources, though they do not have fixed spawn points.
Electromagnetic Storms are a goldmine for resin farming. After a storm rolls through, the surface gets littered with disabled probes and couriers that can be looted freely. Joining a raid during storm conditions on Spaceport or Dam Battlegrounds can net more than 10 resin in a single run if the timing is right.
For a more controlled farm, the Seed Vault in Stella Montis has several fixed turret spawns that can be cleared quickly. The Cultural Archives and Lobby areas on the same map are also reliable for Shredder encounters.
Best Uses Of ARC Synthetic Resin In ‘ARC Raiders’

The primary use of ARC Synthetic Resin in ‘ARC Raiders’ right now is the Trophy Display project. Submitting 10 units at stage four unlocks the Bobcat IV and moves players closer to completing the full project. Outside of that, ARC Synthetic Resin can be recycled into Plastic Parts, which are used in multiple crafting recipes.

Selling resin is an option, but it is not recommended unless you are absolutely desperate for coins. It is worth holding onto any resin found early since the Trophy Display requirement can sneak up on players who have been recycling it without realizing its value. Squad players should also communicate when farming, so ARC enemies become the priority over standard loot runs.
