To ensure you can continually find it, you first need to identify what types of enemies drop ARC Performance Steel and then establish a farming methodology that will allow you to obtain this item with the least amount of wasted time and resources. Finding ARC Performance Steel In ‘ARC Raiders’
Common sources of ARC Performance Steel are the larger ARC machines and areas focused on ARC combat. Smaller enemies and comm on loot crates do not yield this item, so players should always look for high-threat encounters to find it. The Leapers are good targets for players starting out. They are both aggressive and easy to track, using jump attacks and pulse damage in an offensive position.
Fire is very effective against Leapers, so dropping a few blaze grenades can finish them quickly. Once defeated, claim the loot from a Leaper’s remains for a chance to acquire ARC Performance Steel. Bombardiers will be tougher to take down than Leapers, but they can provide good loot for players. Bombardier missile attacks can also destroy shields very fast once they’ve been marked by a Spotter Drone.

Using trailblazer grenades can help, and players should focus on shooting the yellow joints on a Bombardier’s legs to finish them off as quickly as possible. What To Do With ARC Performance Steel?
ARC Performance Steel isn’t an item used to create items directly, but is providing critical support to advance through the tiers of difficulty within the game. At your Raider Den, you can turn one unit of ARC Performance Steel into twelve Metal Parts through recycling. This is often the more intelligent long – term option since Metal Parts are necessary to craft weapons, make gear components, and upgrade benches.
If you’re looking to get some quick currency, you are able to sell one unit of ARC Performance Steel for 1,000 Raider Coins at your Raider Den. Selling gets you slightly more value out of your ARC Performance Steel quickly, but you lose out on crafting materials. If you’re working on the ARC Trophy Display project, it is recommended that you hold at least 10 units of ARC Performance Steel, as a donation will provide you with a non-classic weapon stock called the Kinetic Converter.
