Players routinely search for keys that unlock secret doors around the maps in the game ‘ARC Raiders.‘ One of the more important keys is the Spaceport Container Storage Key, which is extremely rare, drops only once every three matches, and grants access to a location on the Spaceport map loaded with loot.
Although this key can be difficult to find, if players know how to use it, it provides valuable crafting materials, blueprints, and resources for progression.
How To Get The Spaceport Container Storage Key
The Spaceport Container Storage Key does not spawn in any particular place in ‘Arc Raiders.’ Instead, it’s a random drop that is mostly found in residential areas, such as Ruby Residences on the Dam Battlegrounds map.
Searching the cabinets, drawers, or lockers in the apartment complex is a way to find the key. Furthermore, the key can be obtained as loot from killed ARC units or in an admin building, but players’ best chances are still in a residential area.

Once players obtain the key, make sure they’re putting it into the Safe Pocket to avoid it being dropped upon their death prior to extraction. Many raiders have mentioned finding their first Spaceport Container Storage Key after they obtained it in the Ruby Residences, so it would be worth returning to that location in between missions.
Where To Use The Spaceport Container Storage Key
After picking up the key, go to the Spaceport map and find the Container Storage area, which is on the east side of the Zone. It should be easy to spot with a bunch of large containers stacked on one another, with some stairways that lead you to additional floors above.
Head up to the top floor, go around the metal-grated walkway, and go to the red door with the “locked door/key is required” sign somewhere around the walkway. This is where you will use the key! There will be three of these locked doors (North, East, West) and each one will lead to the same Spaceport Container Storage area.
Players can unlock any of the doors to get the loot! Once they get into the locked area, which is actually a huge loot room, players will see many crates where they can find loot. The loot can contain blueprints, mechanical pieces, crafting materials, or even rare weapons like the Wolfpack, but this is completely random, so loot can be different each time.

Players should close the door when they get in because other players can come in while they are looting. Players should also look out for ARC Patrols or other raiders as the Spaceport is very busy.
Regardless of whether the initial run didn’t produce top-tier loot, players should still go back to the Container Storage whenever they have a key. The loot refreshes from mission to mission, so every run may create opportunities for new loot discoveries and crafting materials that will enhance your workshop.
