The latest crossover of ‘Fortnite‘ with ‘The Simpsons‘ is on the cusp, and players have already seen its sneak peek as Bart Simpson’s iconic treehouse appears on the island.
This is a limited-time event that launches a new mini-season where certain sections of the Battle Royale world are changed to a cartoon-style Springfield. If you are looking for Bart’s treehouse and how to check it out, here is everything you need to know.
Locating Bart’s Treehouse in Fortnite

Bart’s treehouse is situated in the northwestern section of the map in close proximity to Creepy Camps. As players traverse this part of the map, search for a hill that sits above the sea. On that hill, players will find Bart’s treehouse, which is highlighted with a cartoon-esque cel-shaded graphic style. It is instantly recognizable to any ‘Simpsons‘ fan, the very same treehouse Bart used for his childhood escapades.

The event started on October 26, 2025, as a small sapling representing Stage 1 of the event. Over time, that sapling becomes a full-grown tree and develops into Bart’s fully constructed treehouse. The event occurs in stages, so if players have not yet seen the final form, they are probably just catching it in an earlier stage.
How to Investigate the Mysterious Anomaly?

When players arrive at Bart’s treehouse and get near it, the quest will automatically complete, giving them 20,000 XP. Players can also build a ramp using Build Mode to get access to the treehouse.
After going inside, there is a television which will flicker between static and unusual images, including Simpsons memes and a mysterious ‘technical difficulty’ screen hinting at future story ideas.
What’s Next for the Simpsons Crossover in ‘Fortnite’?

The Bart’s Treehouse event is the precursor to a full mini-season of ‘The Simpsons,‘ which will premiere on November 1st, 2025. Epic Games will introduce multiple locations from Springfield, such as Moe’s Tavern, Krusty Burger, and Nuclear Power Plant, with characters like Homer, Marge, and Ned Flanders appearing as skins.
