Romanion Twitch streamer Bisscute met with an unfortunate incident during her livestream when she was showcasing her Katana. Bisscute severely injured her two tendons in her hand while trying to catch the falling katana.
Bisscute has around 40k followers on Twitch and has an average viewership. However, after this incident, she went viral all over social media.
Bisscute Rushed To ER After Injuring Herself On Stream

On February 5, 2026, like her usual ‘Just Chatting’ session, Bisscute was interacting with her chat. Later, she started showing a few items she bought to decorate the back wall her streaming setup. While showing all the items, she pulled out her katana.
She held the katana from the sheath, and it slipped out. Immediately, she grabbed the katana from the sharp side and cut herself. In the clip, she can be seen, screaming in pain rushing out the room to get something to stop the bleeding. She told her viewers that she is cutting the stream short and have to rush to the ER.

The incident left viewers worried about her condition and unsure about the overall severity of the injury.
Bisscute Gives Update On Her Injury

Later, the Twitch streamer gave her fans an update on her Discord server, revealing she had cut two tendons will need operations. She wrote, “Update I cut two tendons and I need operation. Probably next week. Right now I’m waiting on the cast and some blood work. I feel fine so no worries.” She confirmed injury affecter middle and ring fingers and is under observation.
A day later, Bisscute shared a photo of herself wearing the splint and cast with the caption, “Back in the office. Long live painkillers and determination.” Now, she has returned to streaming and talked about the injury and said she is currently in good condition.

This is not the first time a streamer has injured themselves on a live stream. Last year, Tylil James injured his hands during Kai Cenat’s Mafiathon 3 after a failed dry ice-plastic bottle experiment.
