The Wuling Base in ‘Arknights Endfield’ is an important base that is centered around the production of Xiranite and is also important for Blight control. To have all these productions automated, players need to fully power the base.

Players can power the base by transferring raw material from different bases, but in case you don’t want to do that, then there are 3 major ways by which you can power the Wuling Base:

  • Easiest Way: Originium Ore Thermal Banks
  • Metastorage Transfer between Wuling Base to Valley IV (Cause strain on Valley IV)
  • Best Way: Xiranite Battery Production

Let’s dig deeper into how to achieve all of these ways and make life easier for production automation in Wuling Base.

Originium Ore Thermal Banks

This is the easiest and fastest way to get the Wuling Base up and running. Players would need to do it anyway to start to even set up a long-term plan. So how does it work? The area surrounding Wuling Base in ‘Arknights Endfield’ is rich in Originium Ore.

Let’s see how to power the base using Originium Ore:

  • Open the build option and build Thermal Bands near PAC or the Sub-PAC Core.
  • When setting up the Core’s output, select Originium Ore.
  • Connect the power output directly to the Thermal Banks.

Following these steps will give your base a power boost. But remember, this method is low in efficiency and power output produced is really less.

Metastorage Transfer Between Wuling Base And Valley IV

This method can only be utilized if your Valley IV base is fully built, as this method can transfer the excess batteries to the Wuling Base.

For this method to work, you need to have Valley IV development level 12, having completed all outpost tasks, having resource stations upgraded and must have an excess battery production.

  • Once all the requirements are completed, Metastorage will become available.
  • Batteries will be transported every hour, in batches.

Now, this method is best utilized for emergencies since the transfer only occurs once per hour, and in a limited amount.

Xiranite Battery Production

Xiranite Battery, or better known as Wuling Battery, is the best and most long-term way to power your Wuling Base. But for this to work, you’ll need to have some amount of power already on hand, so using the past two methods is required for this.

How can Xiranite Battery Production be set up?

  • Having expanded your AIC core, since Xiranite Production chains are really large, you will need a lot of area. It also requires Wuling Stock Bills. These bills can be earned by setting up small production lines of sellable goods or completing Regional development.
  • Requires considerable power upfront until the system has enough surplus to sustain itself.
  • Utilise both existing power ways to give the Xiranite Battery Production line a boost until it can be automated.
